Once our products are in the field, maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction is essential for our vision to be fulfilled. No matter how amazing our products are, if our customers don’t feel supported the true benefits of our solution will be lost on them. Market Force has you covered with services from the moment the product ships through the end of its service life in the field.
We have a full time in-house warranty department to assist you if any products have an issue. Each product has its own warranty life and conditions. Contact us for clarification on any of the products we distribute or trade for the appropriate relevant warranty terms.
Request for an RMA number if you have faulty items that are still under warranty and purchased from Market Force. Please read the notes below before you request for an RMA.
As soon as our staff has verified the validity of your request, we will issue an RMA number to you.
Notes:
*Once you have a valid RMA number, you may ship the faulty items to Market Force.
*Make sure that your RMA number is present on all shipping documents.
*RMA shipments without documentation will be rejected.
*Shipping cost from client to Market Force is born by the client, shipping cost from Market Force to client is born by Market Force.
*Do NOT ship your RMA items on a freight collect basis. Your shipment will be rejected.
*Do NOT send items which are out of warranty. For any item out of warranty, Market Force will bill you a USD $30 administration fee. Market Force will NOT bear the freight costs for RMA’s that are out of warranty.
*Do NOT send Items that are not purchased from Market Force. A USD $30.– administration fee plus return freight cost will apply.
*Market Force will generally dispatch the repaired/replaced item(s) within 30 days of arrival at Market Force’s counter ( subject to Manufacturer replacement timing).
*At the managements sole discretion, Market Force may replace faulty items with newer versions and/or capacities or refund.
Warranty is VOID if any physical symptoms found such as those below are found on the defective products returned. In such cases goods will be returned to Customer at his expense. If not claimed they will be disposed of after 3 months.
-burn marks
-missing components
-broken pins / sockets / connectors
-crack lines on the boards / CPU / Integrated Chips
-end-user tampering with the product
-breaking of seals/ warranty stickers
-any suspected defects not related to manufacturer defects
